Ron Bonvie  

Ron Bonvie has been an active member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston since 2001. Under Ron's leadership and hands-on approach to building, the company has created award-winning lifestyle communities throughout Massachusetts including Southport on Cape Cod, a 750 unit Active Adult Community that has garnered more than 20 National and Regional Awards for marketing and product design. Ron grew up in Mansfield, MA and knew at a young age that he had a passion for carpentry and construction. At the age of 18, a senior in high school, Ron built his first home. Apart from Ron's business activity, he is engaged in community service as well. He has served as a member of the Mansfield's Conservation Committee and is currently Clerk of the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals. In 2010, Ron was honored as "Citizen of the Year" by the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce and received the "Thank For Giving" from the Mashpee Human Services committee for his generous financial support of local charities including Heroes in Transition, Habitat for Humanity, and Rosie's Place in Boston, among many others

Rick Katz

Rick has been actively involved in financial, construction and management activities for a number of residential for-sale projects in Eastern Massachusetts for the last 21 years. Rick ran a building supplies distributor from 1995-2007 and participated in a number of development and construction projects during that time period. Since 2007, Rick has been actively involved  in the land development and home construction businesses and activities in a number of communities. Prior to returning to Boston in 1995 Rick was a Managing Director of Corporate Finance in the Investment Banking division of Lehman Brothers in New York City where he had worked since graduating business school in 1983. Rick holds a B.A from Dartmouth (1979) and an M.B.A from the Darden School at the University of Virginia (1983).

Albert Ellis

Albert has been active in the residential real estate development business for more than 30 years with projects in several eastern Massachusetts communities. During the early period of his Massachusetts residential development experience, Albert concentrated on land development, conveying finished to home builders. By 1999, the majority of his business was comprised of the vertical construction of single family homes and townhomes. Currently, Albert is involved with land development and home construction activities in a number of communities: Bird Pond Village, Indian Woods, Southport on Cape Cod and Finback Lane in Nantucket. Prior to entering the real estate industry in Massachusetts, Albert was active in land development and construction in Colorado. Albert graduated from Phillips Academy in 1976 and Dartmouth College in 1980.
