Who is the developer?
Award winning Bonvie Homes, a family owned company that has been in business over 45 years. Most recent developments include Southport in Mashpee, Mill Pond Village in West Yarmouth and Lawson Farm in Foxborough. Bonvie Homes has been one of the state’s premier builders, with more than 2,200 homes successfully constructed and lived in today.

There are 29 townhomes: 7 duplexes and 5 triplexes.

What are some of the included interior features in the townhomes?
Luxury finishes abound inside the townhomes. Our open concept floorplans include hardwood flooring throughout. Kitchens feature oversized islands, deluxe cabinets, Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The 1st floor Master Bedroom Suites offer walk-in closets and an EnSuite Bath with Quartz counters. The 1st Floor features at a minimum 10’ ceilings and home offices.
Will the Homes have Decks or Walkout Basements?
Every townhome includes a private, Trex deck and a basement. Several townhomes have a full walkout basement which include windows, a sliding glass door and a 2nd deck. You can choose to finish the lower level.
What is the exterior building material?
Our townhomes are finished with cedar shingles and stone.
Is there a builder’s warranty?
Yes.
How do I reserve a townhome?
A $5,000 non-binding reservation agreement starts with the process of securing a location and townhome style. Upon receipt of your draft Purchase and Sale Agreement and any other necessary documentation, you will have 5 days to authorize the Agreement and a deposit representing the balance of 5% of the Purchase Price will be due.
Will there be any amenities onsite?
There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood, a boardwalk and a gazebo - complete with seating to gather with friends.
Are the homes and community
pet-friendly?
This is a pet-friendly neighborhood. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets while in the common areas, and there are specific restrictions within the Trust documents.
How many floor plans are available?
Currently, there's one floor plan left.
What utilities will I be paying for as a homeowner, and who will be the service providers?
Electric Service, provided by Eversource

How will the townhomes be heated and cooled?
The townhomes are heated and cooled by forced hot air fueled by propane gas. All townhomes have 3 heating/cooling zones.
How will I receive my mail?
The USPS will deliver to the central mailbox kiosk.
When is the anticipated occupancy date?
Fall 2021
Is this an age-restricted community?
Yes, one member from each townhome must be at least 55.
What is the HOA fee and what will it include?
The homeowners association fee is $695 a month which includes the master insurance, exterior maintenance, cleaning of the gutters, Security system monitoring, all landscaping, exterior water, snow removal up to the front door, sewer, recycle and trash removal.
