Overall, we were very pleased dealing with both Monte and Samantha of The Marrocco Group. We were a little tentative in bringing them on, as the town we lived in was a ways out of their normal service area. However, Samantha was great in allaying our concerns and did a fantastic job helping us get the house staged and looking terrific. The photo shoot was very thorough with the resulting pictures and brochures being top notch. We started off asking a little more than they suggested, made a slight adjustment after a few weeks and that was all that was needed to get a full price offer. Once we had the offer done, Samantha continued to help ease the process by keeping us posted on where things stood and funneling questions to us from our buyers.
